Per has worked in the IT industry for 24 years. He started his career at Norsk Data in 1986 as the sales support engineer then 19 years he worked on Compaq who later became HP, where he held various sales leader positions and finally Director of HP Services in Sweden.

In October 2008, Per at Microsoft as Sales Manager at the Department for small and medium companies and partners. In October 2009, he became Sweden's CEO at Microsoft.
