Sanda Foamete
Academic Program Manager, Microsoft Romania
I joined Microsoft in 2003. Since then I am building the long term Partners in Learning program, which has a continuous impact on the Romanian education system. I’m thrilled on how this program evolved yearly to educate K12 community to get digital into 21st Century. Prior to joining Microsoft I worked in the NGO sector, where I came from TV and cinema production business. I am passionate about learning the partnerships broker role. My belief is that projects will have excellent results if stakeholders see common interest, even if they first started with different standing positions. This challenge encourages me to bring together people with different expectations who strive for mutual results
