The 2 employees of NetIntegrate are committed to providing customers the piece of the digital communications puzzle that allows them to shift focus from ICT maintenance to business processes, thereby increasing levels of productivity.
Since 2004, NetIntegrate has offered flexible solutions that enable their customers to work from remote locations without loss of data. In 2011, NetIntegrate began to leave its mark on the Swedish cloud market by focusing on Microsoft cloud based services and it now seeks to expand into other countries.
One example of how NetIntegrate supports its customers is how it has worked with communications consultant Katarina Törnell of Balanserad Kommunikation
since 2011, by moving her into the private cloud and simplifying the way her data is managed while on the road.
As a sole-trader, Törnell was frequently on the go between numerous client meetings and central office, and therefore required an IT solution that made it easy to access data from any place at any time. Initially, she relied on a POP3 email server to retrieve her email from her ISP, which did not sync properly with her phone and off-premise devices. NetIntegrate saw an opportunity to guide Törnell into the cloud with Office 365
and Exchange Online
NetIntegrate’s solutions ensured secure data synchronization and access for Törnell. As a result, she gained the benefit of “3 screens and 1 cloud”. The interoperability associated with Office 365 meant she had the capacity to access real-time information on her clients and their needs. Moreover, the flexibility to use any device to access her data allowed her to respond to her own customers dramatically faster, leading to higher productivity and time gained.
Additional use of Lync Online
has allowed Törnell to stay well-connected with NetIntegrate for trouble-shooting and assistance. NetIntegrate also has plans to add SharePoint Online to further unify her data storage.
Office 365 gives Balanserad Kommunikation a more efficient data storage venue, making it easier for Katarina Törnell to respond to her customer’s growing demands. NetIntegrate has streamlined her operations.
