Irish perspective: key programmes for business start-ups

As I mentioned in one of my earlier posts, Ireland is one of Europe’s key hubs for innovation, offering an environment for tech entrepreneurs.It is crucial that in Ireland and the rest of Europe, SMEs can operate in an environment supportive of innovation.

In this first video I talk about the Irish business environment with network partners, start-ups and entrepreneurs about their collaboration with Microsoft’s BizSpark programme (that supports early stage start-ups by providing them with software). They explain how this programme has helped them develop their business without a high degree of investment and open doors to significant partnerships in EU and across the world.
