Niels acknowledges that there is a marked increase in demand for greater service and  data sharing, putting the patient in the centre. Niels describes how Microsoft has set up the Health User Group (HUG), combining over 7500 institutions and partners, with the aim of helping industry work better together to provide optimal care for patients.
