Videos: Embracing cloud and IT energy efficiency

Several months ago, we released a new whitepaper, The IT Energy Efficiency Imperative, which explores the critical importance and substantial benefits of embracing IT energy efficiency in a world where almost every facet of business and society is dependent on IT-based services. Added to this we’re also releasing a new video featuring Mark Aggar, Senior Director of Technology Strategy, talking about the IT Energy Efficiency Imperative and the financial, productivity and environmental benefits of embracing IT energy efficiency.
In addition to the IT Energy Efficiency Imperative video, we’re excited to release another new video with our Chief Environmental Strategist, Rob Bernard, discussing how IT and the cloud is “changing everything” – giving us new and better tools for managing energy consumption and resources in areas like buildings, transportation, the grid and Microsoft’s own corporate campus.
