CeBiT puts eSkills in the spotlight
03 March 2010
We can no longer afford to discard skills and human capital if we want to meet the challenges of a knowledge-based society and to maintain European competitiveness, employment, and social inclusion.

eSkills are fundamental to Europe’s capacity to innovate. There was a time when eSkills were only relevant to those who worked in the ICT industry. Today IT and eSkills matter to everyone. This is why people at CeBiT, this week, are bringing to the forefront the topic of eskills and officially launching the first ever EU eSkills Week.
I am delighted that Microsoft is one of the partners and supporters of this initiatives (Click Here). Stay tuned if you want to know more/ I also encourage you to follow the main messages from our Chairman Jan Muehlfeit - one of the eSkills Week Ambassadors and the co-Chair of the European e-Skills Association (EeSA), formerly known as the ILB or follow them on Twitter @eSkills_EeSA. Stay skilled….
